How It Works

1. Employee Preparation

   • Employees complete Section 1 of the I-9 form before the meeting.

   • They must bring original identification documents as listed in the I-9 instructions (Lists A, B, and C).

2. Notary’s Role

   • We handle Section 2 by reviewing and verifying the employee’s original identification documents.

   • If needed, we assist with the Preparer/Translator Certification section for employees who require help completing Section 1.

3. Hablamos Español

   • We accommodate Spanish-speaking employees, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
